WHILE ON his Sunday stroll, retired photographer John Welsby, spotted a neighborhood of canoeing fans taking half in the low water ranges on Oxford’s Castle Mill Stream.
Mr Welsby, who lives on St Thomas Aspect road finish to the stream’s edge, mentioned he had viewed the canoeists there on the ‘queer occasion’, and assumed it used to be dependent on the water ranges.
