Driver escapes with minor injuries after crashing into entrance of Head of the River pub


A driver suffered only minor injures after she crashed into the entrance of The Head of the River pub yesterday afternoon.

Witnesses said a woman may have been hit with the metalwork after crashing into the entrance of the pub by Folly Bridge.

Today it was confirmed it was a minor injury collision.

Pictures show the vehicle knocked down one of the lampposts by the pub entrance.

The incident happened yesterday (29) at the pub in St Aldate’s.
