Oxford Brick Festival celebrates all things LEGO

A festival celebrating everything LEGO descended on the city during the weekend.

Oxford Brick Festival was for fans of all ages who love the Danish toy company, including families, collectors and adult builders.

There were a huge range of attractions at the festival including speed building competitions, large scale displays, activities, traders selling loose bricks, new LEGO sets, retired LEGO sets, minifigures and accessories, as well as a dedicated building area.

Master builders from across the county also  created unique, large scale displays for the festival.

LEGO enthusiasts had the chance to meet the master builders and find out about their upcoming projects.

Photographs from the day show the wealth of creativity on display at the festival, with elaborate multi-coloured designs from a small robin to a huge Hogwarts castle.
